As soon as you enter the house you have a view through the house and terrace straight to the white sandy beach and the Caribbean Ocean beyond. One of the major features of this home is the 3 metre (12 ft.) wide arched terrace, which wraps around the whole front of the beach house.

With comfortable chairs and hammocks it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze, while catching up with your reading or a well-earned siesta. The barbeque grill is also here and the majority of guests tend to use this semi-outdoor space more than the rest of the house during their vacation.

Inside high ceilings and screened doors let the Caribbean breeze flow through the house so it always feels cool. Ceiling fans provide extra cooling if needed and the bedrooms even have air conditioning, something rare for beach houses in Costa Maya.

The fully equipped kitchen makes eating in easy and there’s a separate dining area and a comfortable living room where you can relax with all the comforts of the great entertainment centre. Or, venture to your own private rooftop bar to enjoy some sunset cocktails or the starlit sky.

Only 5 minutes walk away on the beach a local hotel offers delicious meals if you don’t fancy cooking. A variety of different types of restaurants, are also available in Mahahual town if you want to venture out for something to eat.

The wide, white private sandy beach, a couple of thatched gazebos and well-kept tropical garden makes this the perfect place for those looking to unwind and enjoy the warm climate. For those interested in snorkeling and scuba diving, the Meso-American coral reef provides the perfect place for both and is close to shore.
